Eligibility Requirements:

• Students must be enrolled in grades 1-12 or equivalent
• Users under 18 must have parent/guardian consent
• All users must provide accurate and complete information
• One account per student (duplicate accounts are prohibited)

Account Responsibilities:

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensure all account information remains current and accurate
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Course Access and Content:

• Access to enrolled courses for the duration of the enrollment period
• Live online classes, recorded sessions, and study materials
• Assignments, assessments, and personalized feedback
• Progress tracking and performance analytics

Class Attendance and Participation:

• Regular attendance is expected for optimal learning outcomes
• Students must participate respectfully in online classes
• Missed classes may be made up through recorded sessions
• Disruptive behavior may result in removal from classes

Academic Integrity:

• All work submitted must be original and completed by the student
• Plagiarism and cheating are strictly prohibited
• Collaboration is allowed only when explicitly permitted
• Violations may result in course failure or account termination

Fees and Payment:

• Course fees must be paid in full before accessing course content
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Payment can be made via UPI, credit/debit cards, or net banking
• Additional charges may apply for payment processing

Late Payments and Suspension:

• Overdue payments may result in temporary suspension of access
• Late fees may be applied to overdue accounts
• Access will be restored upon payment of all outstanding amounts
• Prolonged non-payment may result in account termination

Our Content:

All course materials, videos, texts, graphics, logos, and other content provided by Adux Classes are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Your Content:

You retain ownership of any original content you submit (assignments, projects, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it for educational and platform improvement purposes.

Third-Party Content:

Some course materials may include third-party content used under license. You must respect the intellectual property rights of all content creators.

Service Availability:

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice
• Service interruptions will be resolved as quickly as possible

Technical Requirements:

• Stable internet connection (minimum 2 Mbps recommended)
• Modern web browser with JavaScript enabled
• Audio and video capabilities for live classes
• Compatible device (computer, tablet, or smartphone)

Termination by You:

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless within our cancellation period.

Termination by Us:

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, non-payment, or other reasons that compromise the integrity of our platform.

Effect of Termination:

• Immediate loss of access to all course materials
• Deletion of account data after a reasonable period
• Survival of payment obligations and intellectual property rights

Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City/State].

Dispute Resolution:

• First, contact our support team to resolve issues informally
• If unresolved, disputes may be subject to mediation
• Legal action should be a last resort
• Class action lawsuits are waived where legally permissible
